Pursuing Righteousness

Merry Christmas brothers and sisters!

The time is coming up soon where we all celebrate the time that our Lord and Savior came into this world and took up flesh like us, as a baby, in the person of Jesus Christ.  He lived that perfect life, under the law, and presented Himself as the sacrifice for our sins.  Brothers and sisters, Christmas is more than presents, it is all about Jesus, our sole reason and purpose for all we do.  Join us in sharing the Gospel today and watching our online sermons, this week Pastor Scott takes us into 1st Timothy 6 verses 11 through 15, where we look at the importance of pursuing godliness, righteousness and holding on to our enduring faith.  In all of our days we endure and strive to live a life of holiness, not for salvation but because of who Christ is and that He has saved us!  We fail every day, but we have the high priest in heaven to intervene on our behalf with the Father forevermore, so let us not grow weary in living for a righteous life beloved.  The Lord loves us in Christ with the same eternal love that He has loved His beloved Son...that is a love worth living for! 

With that said, we will keep it short because...friends...!
